Bob Woodward, associate editor of The Washington Post and Watergate-exposing legend, has made it to the land of 140 characters or less. Here’s his first tweet, which features a link to a video of Woodward and another giant, now-deceased executive editor Ben Bradlee:
Legendary Washington Post editor Ben Bradlee realized the future was here in 2010. Woodward didn't: http://t.co/JH12HciNDk

His second tweet? A retweet of a Simon & Schuster plug for Woodward’s next book, The Last of the President’s Men, out Oct. 13. The name of the book–which is about Alexander Butterfield, the Nixon aide who revealed the secret White House recordings that would bring about the resignation of President Nixon–plays off of All the President’s Men, the book Woodward co-wrote with Carl Bernstein in 1974 about their investigation into Watergate.
