Blowback, Turkish-movie style

A movie called ‘Valley Of the Wolves: Iraq‘ which depicts American troops committing atrocities is breaking records in its native Turkey and doing pretty well in Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria. On the one hand, it’s distressing to see American troops demonized. On the other, it’s nice to see Gary Busey getting work, even if it is as a doctor at Abu Ghraib who extracts organs from prisoners and sends them to, um, Tel Aviv.
