The new app enables Twitter services, including the ability to share photos, videos and links. It also brings Facebook status updates into a common inbox, and keeps track of Flickr and other social-media services, GigaOM reported.
Amit Kumar, founder of Ubiquitous Systems, the company behind SocialScope, told GigaOM:
Our vision is to optimize social media for the smartphone, similar to what RIM (Research in Motion) did for email. We call SocialScope a mobile inbox for your social networks.
