After Romney answered a question during Tuesday night's debate regarding equality for women in the workplace, the phrase, "binders full of women," was all over the social network, even spawning a page that already has nearly 300,000 likes.

Romney and Obama were asked by a citizen about pay inequality for women.
Romney responded that when he was compiling a cabinet as governor of Massachusetts, an overwhelming amount of the applicants his team brought forward were men.
