Bill Evans and Wife Charged with Assault and Disorderly Conduct
Bill Evans and his wife — Dana Evans — are both being charged with assault and disorderly conduct. Patch reports that the charges stem from an argument the couple had on May 4. Mrs. Evans sought out counseling, and it was suggested that she report the incident to local police. Their investigation led to the charges.
The couple are both expected to appear in Stamford, Connecticut court tomorrow, June 18.
“Connecticut law requires that the Police refer all reports of domestic arguments, no matter how minor, to the Superior Court, and the Greenwich Police actions Thursday were required by law,” read a statement issued by Mr.
