People who are pros at shopping and know how to get their friends to save on daily deals can now use their social networks to generate new revenue streams with a new platform called Bettervite.
The platform builds on a multipronged approach. First, it consolidates the best daily deals from an area into one single platform. Second, it lets recipients promote deals they have received to their social circle of friends, thus turning deals into commission makers.
Commissions are made by incorporating a rewards program that lets users accrue Betterbucks for cash redemptions by referring friends to daily deal events. The cash rewards can be used directly by the members or forwarded to their favorite charity.
“Bettervite was born out of the frustration we felt as we tried to coordinate events and deals with our friends,” says Milburn Miranda, CEO of Bettervite. “Instead of getting daily emails from multiple providers, shoppers will appreciate how we consolidate the best local deals and transform those deals to rewards-opportunities.”
A simple three-tier rewards system will pay out a percentage on any purchase made by recruited friends. If you refer your friends, you will even receive a percentage of your friends’ purchase. It doesn’t stop there. In fact, you will even receive a percentage on any deal your friends’ friends’ purchase. As your network and extended network continue to purchase from the daily deal events you recommend, your rewards will continue to accumulate.
It sounds a bit like a multi-level marketing ploy. But, if you have a group of friends who like to save and help each other make money while shopping, then you have the best of both worlds using Bettervite.
The platform is offering a pre-launch membership to start building a rewards network. Users can connect to Bettervite via Facebook or Twitter to start working with their friends today.
Driven by a user-centric philosophy, Bettervite never spams its users. Every event invitation is sent by its members.
