Renee Lee has come up with a novel concept for a laptop.

Take a 15″ laptop and gut it. Remove everything except the screen and you’ll have the Bento Book. This idea was developed for Fujitsu, and it takes the modular design to an extreme. Everything is modular, including the battery, CPU, hard disk, and all input devices.

The original design shows tablets for input, but I’d really prefer to replace them with a keyboard. It would still be modular, of course.
