Newsstand publisher Bauer Publishing, which to date has had a modest presence online, has launched what it hopes will be its first big standalone Web site in the form of a humor site for teens.
The site, at www.4TNZ.com, is meant to be a place that 12-15-year-olds, the same audience targeted by Bauer
