The defense in the Michael Jackson case supposedly indicted the testimony of the 14-year-old brother of the boy who accused Jackson of molesting him by showing him a copy of Barely Legal, asking the boy if Jackson had shown him the copy, and when the boy said yes, responding that it was an August 2003 issue that came out after the boy had already left the ranch.

But, as a reader points out, all the covers of Barely Legal look pretty much the same.
