Are you Down with Bang with Friends? The controversial “matchmaking” application, which is aimed at allowing users to discover if any of their Facebook friends are interested in becoming friends with benefits, returned to Apple’s App Store, but under a different name: Down.

The app was removed from the App Store in May, but it is still available under its original moniker for Android via Google Play and via its website.

It remains to be seen how long that will last, however, as Bang with Friends is also the subject of a lawsuit filed by Words with Friends developer Zynga earlier this month, claiming that the app’s name infringes upon its trademark covering games including Words with Friends and Chess with Friends.
