Baby Boy for CQRC's Ortman

We told you a few weeks ago that CQ Roll Call Copy Chief Emily Ortman was preparing for maternity leave.  Today we’re happy to report that she gave birth to a healthy baby boy.  At 4.20 this morning Emily and new papa, Joe Stark, welcomed to the world Eric James Stark.  In an internal announcement, Ortman’s colleagues  joked that baby Eric, who weighs 6 pounds 7 ounces, will be fully-versed in AP style by the time he leaves the hospital.
