Atlanta Journal-Constitution Wins Twitchy's 'Deleted Tweet of the Day' Award
The Georgia paper is the latest victim of an epic-fail attempt at edgy humor. On the heels of even The Onion finding out that this general racist territory is no place to joke.
Twitchy, as it so often does, quickly posted the screen grab and select Twitter reaction to the AJC‘s racist tweet. A few minutes ago, the paper shared this:
There are no details in the AJC‘s Twitter profile about which staffers operate the paper’s @ajc account. But no doubt, some disciplinary action will be directed at the individual responsible for trampling all over a reference that was more tastefully sourced for the name of Spike Lee’s production company.
