Art Theives Hit the University of British Columbia

Well, apparently art thefts don’t just happen in Sau Paulo museums. They just happen a lot smarter elsewhere. The University of British Columbia is reporting that their Museum of Anthropology was broken into over the weekend, with someone somehow getting past their high tech security system, and made off with fifteen pieces of art, all made of precious metals, and most of which were by Bill Reid. We’re guessing it’s an inside job, given how quiet it all was.
