Apple Shortens Time Limit for iPhone Returns
Apple has shortened the length of time allowed for iPhone returns to match the rest of its devices. Pervious, iPhones had a 30 day return limit, but that has recently been changed to 14 days. Customers who return their phones within that time frame with original packaging will not be charged a restocking fee.
iPhone Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your iPhone purchase, you can return your undamaged iPhone to the Apple Online Store (1-800-MY-APPLE), or to a U.S.
