Apple released its Best of 2016 lists, which highlighted the best games and apps available to download on the iTunes App Store.
Apple released its Best of 2016 lists, which highlighted the best games and applications available to download on the iTunes App Store.
Apple selected Supercell’s Clash Royale as the best game of the year, followed by Reigns from Devolver Digital and Nerial in second place. In terms of apps, Prisma Labs’ Prisma was selected as the best, followed by Facebook’s MSQRD as the runner-up.
Apple also highlighted Niantic’s Pokemon Go as the “Breakout Hit” of the year.
In addition to revealing these top games and apps, Apple also revealed the top paid, top free and top grossing apps of 2016.
