Apple Recalls iPod and iPhone Power Adapters

Apple is recalling millions of its Ultracompact USB Power Adapters, Engadget reports. These are the ones that came with iPhone 3Gs and are also sold separately for use in charging various iPods and older iPhones, and as power adapters for the iPod Universal Dock.
