Appeals Court Rejects Paul Ceglia’s Attempt to Revive Suit vs. Facebook, Zuckerberg

Reuters reported that the Second U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Ceglia’s attempt to revive the civil lawsuit he filed in 2010 against Facebook and its co-founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, claiming that he possessed a 2003 contract that awarded him one-half of Facebook.

That contract was found to be altered and fraudulent, and Ceglia faces a trial on mail fraud and wire fraud charges.

However, with that trial set to begin May 4, Ceglia’s whereabouts remain a mystery, as he escaped monitoring by the U.S.
