APCO Partners with Condoleezza Rice's Consulting Group

APCO Worldwide has announced a partnership with RiceHadley Group, a consulting firm founded by former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, former National Security Advisor Stephen Hadley, and special assistant to the Under Secretary for Political Affairs at the U.S. Department of State Anja Manuel.
