AP Names Nekesa Mumbi Moody Global Entertainment and Lifestye Editor

Nekesa Mumbi Moody just earned herself a nice promotion. After 12 years as the Associated Press’ music editor, she has just been named the news service’s global entertainment and lifestyle editor. Moody will oversee coverage in New York, London, Hong Kong, Nashville and Los Angeles.

“Nekesa is one of the top reporters in source development and breaking entertainment news. She is a leader who will drive AP entertainment and lifestyles forward to provide top-tier coverage,” AP managing editor for entertainment and sports Lou Ferrara said in a release.
