Another Green Issue

It’s now clear that having a “green” issue is the trendiest thing in magazine publishing — that is, other than the ubiquitous Obama cover. The latest: Fortune, which slapped another green biz favorite, Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard, on its cover. (Oddly, the issue includes a decidedly “un-green” Lexus ad featuring a clear plastic inlay.)

In his editor’s note, managing editor Andy Serwer managed to segue from the “environment” to his injury-prone editorial staff:

Tim [Smith] slipped on ice three feet from his back door.
