Amazon's MP3 Store is Now Optimized For iPhone

Amazon is taking on Apple in the content business. The online giant announced today that the Amazon MP3 store is now optimized specifically for the iPhone and iPod touch.

This comes six months after the release of the Amazon Cloud Player app for the iPhone. Listening to your Amazon music library on your iPhone requires a couple of steps. Users must purchase songs using the Amazon MP3 store on the Safari browser, then launch the app to listen.
