Amazon Will Pay You $5 to Not Shop in Stores
A few weeks back Amazon launched a price comparison app, and today they’re making sure you hear about it.
Amazon will be running a little promotion on Saturday. If you use the app to check a price and then buy the item, Amazon will knock 5% (up to $5) off the price. You can do this up to 3 times, but the offer is only good on Saturday.
Amazon’s price check app lets shoppers check a price by scanning a bar code, taking a picture of an item, typing in a text search.
