Vallis joins Food & Wine from NBC’s lifestyle website, thefeast.com, and prior to that, she was a food editor at nymag.com.
More importantly for the foodies, Vallis never misses the opportunity to incorporate Greek yogurt into a recipe, and her go-to dish is meatballs and tomato sauce.
