Bozell’s internship recruiting site, WhatACrappyJob.com, is actually a blog making fun of all the jobs you could have, if you don’t fill out their internship app. It’s not a “here, look at our jobs, look at a video of smiling people who love working here” corporate site. It’s a blog, and it is (or rather, has the potential to be) a conversation, as visitors to the site can submit their own crappy jobs.
