Adobe Social said in a new report that M is receiving four times more social buzz than any other personal digital assistant.
Adobe Social added in its report:
F8 was really the coming out of Messenger as a platform. Facebook continues to evolve the use case, looking to facilitate one-to-one relationships with brands and their customers. M is an ambitious first step. As a hybrid service with both artificial intelligence and an actual human being on the other side, it opens up interesting opportunities for brands to create a presence on Messenger that facilitates the delivery of key consumer services–be it food delivery or making car rental appointments.
