Adobe: iPhone Web Experience Needs Flash
OK. So, yesterday, Apple CEO Steve Jobs was quoted all over the place for his comment that the current mobile version of Adobe Flash isn’t good enough to run on the iPhone.
InformationWeek reports that Adobe spokesman Ryan Stewart responded on his blog by questioning the “completeness” of the Web experience on the iPhone without “some kind of Flash support.”
Stewart also noted on the blog that leading handset maker Nokia and Sony both support Flash on their mobile devices.
