The New Yorker has hired Adam Davidson as a contributing writer for its website.
Davidson most recently served as an economics writer for The New York Times, where he penned the On Money column for the Times Magazine. He had been with the Times since 2011.
Prior to joining the Times, Davidson was the co-founder and co-host of NPR’s Planet Money.
Politico reports that Davidson will start at the New Yorker Aug. 30.
