Acer Announces Three New Tablets

The floodgates have opened and the tablets keep coming. Computer maker Acer just announced that they have three new tablets coming to the market next spring.

PCMag reports: “Specifically, the company on Tuesday announced three new tablets: a 7-inch and a 10.1-inch Android-based tablet, and a 10.1-inch Windows-based tablet. As of press time, there were no official model names.”

According to PCMag, the 7-inch Android tablet will be Wi-Fi and 3G enabled has a touch screen with a 1,280-by-800 resolution and 16:10 aspect ratio. The 10.1-inch Android tablet will also have a touch screen and 3G and Wi-Fi. The 10.1-inch Windows will run on the next-generation AMD platform and will also be Wi-Fi and 3G enabled.
