Fans of Tim Burton and/or M. Ward might like this new spot for Microsoft’s Zune in which a rosie-cheeked child wanders a gloomy village sharing her magical cookie, which miraculously grows back each time she breaks off half (apparently a reference to the Zune’s music-sharing feature). The girl then falls in love with a gallant rat, who shares his equally magical gingerbread man with her. It’s unclear whether this will boost sales of the Zune, magical cookies or the Nightmare Before Christmas DVD.
