Here's a brilliant little outdoor stunt by BBDO Germany for Smart Car. To emphasize that the vehicle is both responsive and fun—the latter not being a quality that's really associated with the brand—the agency set up a giant game of Pong at a Frankfurt auto show, with the cars as controllers. Drivers had to move forward and backward to play, as they watched their movements on a giant video screen. The key is the simplicity. This wouldn't have worked as well with Super Mario Brothers.
