We guess this is a form of targeting—during the World Cup, ATMs in Leicestershire, England will display ads about drinking responsibly, to try to discourage those who think the perfect thing to do right before the pubs close is to get more cash to buy another drink. The machines themselves will remind people about fines for anti-social behavior. (OK, in this context, let’s spell it behaviour.) The receipts will carry the message, “Drinking could seriously affect your balance.”
