The Federal Communications Commission has thrown in the towel on Terrell Owens and Nicollette Sheridan’s locker-room rendezvous on Disney’s ABC, declaring the much-ballyhooed Monday Night Football opener, in which the actress dropped everything to jump into the arms of the Philly wide receiver, to be, if not exactly OK, at least not indecent.
