McDonald’s commercials take absurd turn

This is what happens when you get Kip Dynamite (aka the actor and photographer Aaron Ruell) to direct your McDonald’s ads. You get your talking Filet-O-Fishes, hamburgers, Chicken McNuggets, french fries, etc., most of them sporting foreign accents, chatting earnestly (sometimes nonsensically) about the various absurd predicaments they find themselves in. See the five spots, created by Leo Burnett, here, here, here, here and here. Each ad also has an absurd “lesson” to deliver at the end.
