Lots of people think John Hodgman, the “portly old dweeb” PC in Apple’s new ads, is cooler and funnier than the “smug little twit” who plays the Mac. This video clip from The Daily Show won’t change their minds. Unlike in the Apple ads, here Hodgman is very much a savvy computerist. (The title of his interview with Jon Stewart: “The Internet Is Not a Big Truck.”) Imagine the scruffy Mac hipster trying to do this.
