After reading about all of the crap being sold on eBay related to Christo and wife Jeanne-Claude’s “The Gates,” we thought we’d swing by to see what “saffron-colored” stuff we could buy if we felt so inclined. We found key chains, T-shirts, Gates traffic cones (used for covering up the stands on which each of the 7,500 gates rested before they were completed) and so many allegedly authentic swatches it makes you wonder if there’s been a run on orange
