Here's the new Apple iPad 2 ad, which is being lauded far and wide in the expert toadying of tech-news outlets. They are right, of course, about it being an improvement over previous iPad commercials. It's not the most tech-savvy pitch ever made, but it's more arrogant than a lot of Apple's previous advertising. It also justifies the product's worth in understandable terms, by which I mean a WiFi videophone. With any luck, they'll develop an app that polishes Steve Jobs's boots, so CNET and Engadget can stop doing it.
