This spot for Strongbow beer cider by St. Luke's in London is maybe the 300th epic-battle-scene parody I've seen since Braveheart came out. But this one is different because this unruly mob of roofers and gas/dish fitters will be improving the town instead of leveling it. People in those professions arriviving punctually and working hard—that's even more of a fantasy world than the William Wallace-esque speech. Strongbow's marketing should stay one turn away from reality, as they seem to be good at it. Relatedly, Chief Jay Strongbow could be a good pitchman for the brand down the line.
