This striking ad, leading readers to WeAllHaveAIDS.com, is the centerpiece of an insert in today’s New York Times, on the occasion of World AIDS Day. (Click to see a larger version.) Photographer Mark Seliger shot each celebrity separately in New York and Los Angeles during the summer (and made a special trip to South Africa to photograph Nelson Mandela). The resulting cement footprints are part of a public installation unveiled today in New York’s Bryant Park; it will move to a permanent location in the city after the holidays. To help the cause, you can buy “We All Have AIDS” and “I Have AIDS” T-shirts here.
