Toronto agency Cundari recently whipped up a BMW banner ad which it claims is the longest ever produced. Appearing first as an innocent 300-by-250-pixel box, it expands when moused over to a whopping 18,000 pixels high—that's 20 feet—with more than 5,500 words of copy going on and on (and on and on) about the BMW X3, the impressiveness of the banner itself, and various other topics, not all of them terribly salient in the context of auto marketing.
