Rapp is getting a new global CEO.Volkswagen Group's Alexei Orlov will assume the role in July, reporting to Dale Adams, Chairman and CEO of Omnicom Group's Diversified Agency Services, the holding company said today. Orlov most recently was as chief marketing officer for Volkswagen's China region.
