Wyse Enters Cincy Market

CHICAGO Wyse Advertising has expanded its regional presence in Ohio by opening a satellite office in Cincinnati.

The Cleveland shop hired Mya Frazier to head the office as business development director, said agency chairman and chief executive officer Marc Wyse.

Frazier is a former advertising columnist and financial reporter at The Plain Dealer in Cleveland and The Business Courier in Cincinnati. Through her profession she forged a relationship with the agency, Wyse said. “She speaks our language,” he said.

The necessity to open an additional office comes at a time when many companies, once headquartered in Cleveland, are leaving the area, Wyse said. “Nowadays most of the clients we serve are outside of this area,” he said.

Wyse’s major clients include Sherwin-Williams Stores, Cleveland; LoneStar Steakhouse, Wichita, Kan.; and Mead 5-Star Notebooks, Dayton, Ohio.

The satellite location will serve local and surrounding Ohio cities including Dayton and Columbus, Ohio; Indianapolis; and Louisville, Ky.
