Fahlgren, the Dublin, Ohio-based agency network, promoted Ginger Watters to executive vice president, account group director. She will oversee account management and business development for Fahlgren’s Florida operations.
Watters joined Fahlgren’s Tampa, Fla., office, known as Fahlgren Benito, in 1994. When FB president Ken Banks left the shop last fall, Fahlgren president Tom Crooks led the charge to find Banks’ replacement. The search never went beyond the Tampa office, however.
“I realized we had a great candidate internally with Ginger,” Crooks said.
Watters is credited with increasing the shop’s Florida Tourism co-op billings from $2.2
