Global Health Initiatives, which sells alternative healthcare products to consumers, has tapped Warner Public Relations and Marketing in Manchester, Mass., as its first public relations agency.
Advertising for the Portland, Maine-based company is handled by Inter/Media in Encino, Calif. Billings for advertising and public relations combined total $7 million, said agency principal Carin Warner.
GHI markets a topical pain reliever to arthritis sufferers and a homeopathic product said to relieve fear, anger and anxiety.
Warner was asked to pitch the account by GHI’s chief operating officer, John Eldredge, who worked with Warner when she was director of public relations at Mullen, Wenham, Mass.,
