Justin Herz has been named vice president, client services for Warner Bros. Online in Glendale, Calif. He will oversee the client services group in all aspects of customer and project management for the delivery of Web sites, games and online programs for internal and external clients. Herz, who reports to Warner Bros. Online vice president of operations Staci Feldman, most recently served as CEO of global musician’s network Tonos Entertainment.
