Tropicana has signed a reported six-figure marketing deal to sponsor the Tampa Bay Mutiny of the Major League Soccer.
The agreement, which runs through the remainder of the 2001 season, includes sponsorship of player appearances and clinics and displays at 100 Kash n’ Karry supermarkets throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Beginning in July, Tropicana also will co-sponsor an eight-week promotion in which Kash n’ Karry customers can register to win a one-week trip to London.

Pepsico, Tropicana’s corporate parent, is an official sponsor of Major League Soccer.
