Tricor Mortgage Lending is on the lookout for a new shop. Billings for the residential mortgage lender are $5-6 million, according to industry estimates.
Tricor, Huntington Beach, Calif., has contacted several Southern California shops, according to Janice Hopkins, senior vice president of marketing. Those vying for the business include Phillips-Ramsey, San Diego; Wise Guys, Pasadena; and Townsend & O’Leary, Irvine, said Hopkins. Other shops may be added, she said.
