Todd Van Hoosear has joined independent Topaz Partners in Malden, Mass., as a senior communications counsel. Most recently, he had been an account director at Weber Shandwick, leading the team that helped launch CMG’s Wireless Data Solutions. He has also overseen PR programs for EFT Group and Headstrong. Prior to Weber Shandwick, he served as marketing communications manager for Primix, supervising the company’s PR efforts and supporting investor relations, direct marketing and advertising.
