Boone/Oakley has named Candice Titlestad account executive for its Visit Charlotte, Nascar and Dialog Telecommunications clients. Prior to joining the Charlotte, N.C., shop, Titlestad held a similar position at Doggett Advertising, also in Charlotte. She has a bachelor’s degree from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
