Neal Tiles has left DirecTV, vacating the evp of marketing position, said a company rep. The company described his departure as voluntary. Tiles was unavailable for comment. The search for a replacement is underway, and David Hill, president of DirecTV Entertainment, will run marketing in the interim. Omnicom’s BBDO in New York was assigned the business without a review in February ’03. DirecTV has spent $85 million in ads through April ’05, per Nielsen Monitor-Plus.
