MILAN – Armando Testa International, the European network of Amando Testa and Italy’s No. 1 ranked agency, has acquired 20% of the Spanish shop Grupo Barro. Grupo Barro had $61 million in billings in 1992. Armando Testa International, which worked with Grupo Barro on the Lancia account, has 13 offices in Europe and global billings of $644 million.
